The outlook is pretty grim all around. If it’s not the world and the geopolitical situation with its wars and rumors of wars, then it’s health or family problems, problems with work or economical problems, etc etc.
The only way for me to rise above all of the gloom and doom is by trying to get the Lord’s perspective.
Every time I come to Him He encourages me to, "be resilient and face one challenge at the time and then at the end I will find myself out of the woods."
As it says in Joshua 1:9: "Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."
There is light at the end of the tunnel, even if you don't see the light just yet! You can put your hand into the hand of God, and "He shall be unto you more than a light and better than a known way."
Having said that, I think that now after all I have the faith to wish you a Happy New Year 2026!
