I heard that speeches over 5 minutes are "verboten", so I'll try to boil it down to less than that. If I go over 4 minutes you are welcome to shut me up :)
As Sara's mother so beautifully explained, Sara means princess. And I am convinced there is magic in that name! - If you want to have some of that magic Peter, I recommend you treat her like a princess. At the very least I hope you spoil her with love!
And Sara, you found yourself quite a guy in Peter, which I'm sure you already know, and it looks like you are making it work!
As you know Peter is one of those individuals with a super busy mind - full of ideas and interesting thoughts. And from what I can see you are the woman who is able to channel all that dynamic energy and bring out the best in him.
The little piece of paradise you've made out of this place shows what you can accomplish together. You are building a beautiful nest, and now also a family!
Making a family is a lot of fun and a lot of work. It has been said if you want to learn something about unselfishness and sacrifice - get married! And that will be no less true when that little fellow, William, comes along, it might be a roller-coaster of endless diapers and sleepless nights, but believe me it's worth it - children is what gives perspective and meaning to life.
And now to end on a lighter note...
Years ago I saw a movie with a piece of advice that stuck with me. This is actually priceless, and it pretty much goes like this, you can't both go crazy at the same time, you have to take turns! In other words, it's a good idea to agree on who's turn it is.
And Peter, you might even take a tip from Elvis Presley - and if the going gets tough, you take her in your arms, hold her real tight, look deeply into her eyes, and sing her this song...
Love Me Tender (by Vera Matson and Elvis Presley)
(C) Love me tender (D7)love me sweet
(G7)Never let me (C)go
You have made my (D7)life complete
(G7)And I love you (C)so
Love me (E7)tender (Am)love me (C)true
(F)All my (Fm)dreams ful(C)filled
For my (A7)darling (D7)I love you
(G7)And I always (C)will
So I propose we raise our glasses in honour of this beautiful union and wish them health, happiness and lots of love.
- To Sara and Peter - may they live long and give us wonderful grandchildren!

A silly poem written 25/10/2019
It maybe raining in Rogaland,
or maybe the sky is blue.
The lovely bundle in your hand
is a mixture of each of you.
He may be a angel, he may be a bum
or maybe a bit of both.
Whatever the case, he'll be my chum
and I wish him a handsome growth.
