A log about the up's and down's

I set out to relay some of my experiences in Eastern Europe, mainly in Ukraine. Thinking back on these experiences has turned out to become an interesting journey of reflection for myself, and I hope they can also provide some inspiration from these years of trials and triumphs for family and friends.

These events took place after the fall of the Berlin Wall. Seen through the eyes of today some of them may seem like "tall tales." I can assure you they are true! Remember times were different then.

Furthermore they attest to the fact that when you find yourself out on a limb following Jesus you experience God's presence in a very real way.
